Kazakhstani students became prize-winners of the international championship of professional skills. For the first time in history, the national team of Kazakhstan won 7 medallions of distinction.
Our student Sagyndyk Zhanel participated in the competence "Hotel - receptionist" of the specialty "Hotel business". About 1500 college students from 69 countries took part in the international championship of professional skills WorldSkills in Lyon (France), where our Zhanel was awarded a medallion of distinction in the competence "Hotel - receptionist". Zhanel was also awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Minister of Education for her invaluable contribution to the Worldskills-KAZAKHSTAN movement, and was also invited to interview at the studios of Kazakhstan TV channels.
The year 2025 has been declared the year of TVE by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tokayev K.K. In this regard, the role of the WorldSkills movement in raising the prestige of all blue-collar jobs is great.
Having won 7 medallions, Kazakhstani students took 29th place out of 69 countries. That is, they showed the best results.
