Set in the breathtaking natural surroundings of Almarasan, Adilet College organized an outdoor leadership retreat for its student leaders. The event brought together representatives of the Student Council and the A-Team, along with the Deputy Director for Student Affairs and the Deputy Director for Development.

Objective:

To strengthen team synergy, develop leadership and communication skills, and build a culture of trust and collaboration among student leaders.

Program Highlights:

  • Opening briefing and safety instructions
    • Hiking
    • Team-building challenges: “The Web,” “Build the Bridge,” “Trust Map,” and “Team Challenge”
    • Creative session: team presentations, flag design, and motivational chants
    • Outdoor lunch in a relaxed natural setting
    • Final reflection and idea-sharing session for the upcoming academic year

Participants:

Approximately 40 student leaders representing different student organizations across the college.

Key Outcomes:

  • Improved collaboration between student organizations
    • Increased engagement in upcoming college initiatives
    • Development of new student-led projects, including eco-campaigns, volunteer programs, and media initiatives

Conclusion:

The retreat in Almarasan was more than just an outdoor event — it became a meaningful experience that strengthened the student leadership community. On September 30, 2025, the sports ground of Adilet College turned into an arena for an exhilarating football match between the Student Council and the Agitbrigada teams!

The energy was absolutely electric, packed with highlights, unmatched team spirit, and high-intensity action until the final whistle. Both squads put on a masterclass in coordination and athletic preparation. Every single player left it all on the field, giving maximum effort to claim victory. But as in any legendary clash, only one team could come out on top…

The final whistle blew at 7:3, securing a decisive victory for the Student Council!!!

Huge congratulations to the champions! We also want to thank both teams for their fair play, incredible drive, and amazing energy. Events like this make our campus life so much more vibrant, unified, and unforgettable!

Workers’ Day Celebration at Adilet College

A festive event dedicated to Workers’ Day was held in the college assembly hall. More than 120 students gathered to express their gratitude to teachers and staff for their significant contribution to education and the upbringing of young people.

The program included official speeches by the college director and administration, as well as an award ceremony honoring outstanding staff members with certificates of appreciation, diplomas, and commemorative gifts. The celebration also featured a creative program with musical and dance performances, theatrical acts, and video greetings from students and guests of the Zh. Zhabayev Philharmonic.

The event served as a great opportunity to bring together faculty, students, and staff, strengthen professional relationships, and boost motivation for future work.

We sincerely thank all participants and organizers for the warm atmosphere and inspiring celebration.

Adilet College hosted its traditional Clubs and Sections Fair, bringing together more than 200 first-year and senior students. The large-scale event provided an excellent opportunity for students to explore extracurricular life and find activities that match their interests.

Objective:

To engage students in active college life, develop their creative and athletic potential, encourage initiative, and build a unified student community.

Participating clubs and sections included:

  • KVN Comedy Club
    • Debate Club
    • Intellectual Club “What? Where? When?”
    • Dance Club “Blazze”
    • Theatre Club “Face to Face”
    • Legal Club “Mediation”
    • Enactus
    • Psychology Club “Path to Self”
    • Book Club “Reading College”
    • Volunteer Club “Qamqor”
    • Cheerleading Team
    • Volleyball, Basketball, and Football teams

Each club prepared interactive zones with workshops, mini-performances, exhibitions, and games. Students were not only able to observe but also actively participate and try different activities.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, as students enthusiastically explored clubs, interacted with leaders, and registered for their preferred sections.

Results:

  • High student interest in extracurricular activities was demonstrated

Crime Prevention and Anti-Drug Awareness Briefing at Adilet College

On October 9, 2025, Adilet College hosted a crucial legal awareness session for first-year students, conducted by law enforcement officers from the Almaly District Police Department of Almaty. The keynote speakers were Police Captain Marzhan Beibit and Police Major Sulushash Dosbolova.

Police Captain M. Beibit briefed the students on the legal liability regarding juvenile curfews, underage smoking, smoking in prohibited public spaces, and the strict statutory bans on purchasing alcohol and tobacco products. Special emphasis was placed on the disciplinary and legal consequences of unexcused academic absences (truancy).

Police Major S. Dosbolova delivered a detailed presentation on the tactics used by criminal networks to involve minors in illicit drug trafficking and cybercrime. Students were educated on the severe legal penalties for the possession, distribution, and transportation of narcotics. Furthermore, she highlighted the high-security risks and criminal liabilities tied to the unauthorized transfer of personal bank cards, accounts, and credentials to third parties (money muling).

The briefing successfully engaged 86 students, who actively processed this vital regulatory and safety information.

Adilet College Debate Team Triumphs at National Tournament!

The "Adilet" debate team delivered an exceptional performance at a high-stakes debate tournament in Balkhash, which gathered the most formidable teams from various regions across Kazakhstan, including Balkhash, Karaganda, Turkistan, and the Karaganda Regional Select Team.

Our talented debaters, Myrza Salpanov and Alizhan Sultan, showcased outstanding confidence, perseverance, and sharp analytical skills. After a brilliant run in the semifinals, they secured a decisive victory over the top-seeded Balkhash team. In an intense grand final, team "Adilet" went head-to-head with the Karaganda Regional Select Team, claiming a highly honorable 2nd place overall! This success is a direct testament to their dedication, powerful synergy, and relentless drive to win.

Final Tournament Standings:

  • 1st Place: Karaganda Regional Select Team (200,000 ₸)
  • 2nd Place: "Adilet" Team, Almaty (150,000 ₸)
  • 3rd Place: Balkhash Team No. 1 (100,000 ₸)
  • Best Speaker: Captain of the Karaganda Regional Select Team (50,000 ₸)
